We are located at 1620 Wayne Road in Savannah, Tennessee. Hardin Home was founded in 1973. For more than 40 years, the facility has served Hardin County as an employer to citizens of Hardin County and as a caregiver to your loved ones. Through local ownership and county leadership, Hardin Home has excelled in providing care to its residents and continues to be a leader in the community.

Hardin Home is a nursing facility with 39  Medicaid certified beds, licensed by the state of Tennessee to provide 24 hours nursing care to those in need. Our facility is consistently rated as 5 stars facility, which is the highest rating possible by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
